The Prime-Man property is located in south-central BC, 35 km north of Princeton. The property consists of several areas of copper-gold mineralization previously explored separately by a variety of companies since 1963. These areas include the Prime showing (also known as the King George, Primer, Prime [North and South], and the Dill) in the northern part of the property and the Man showing (also known as the HG) in the south.

The present property covers, for the first time, most of this area (the Prime, the Man and the western portion of the Dill showing) under one tenure.
