The Axe property is located in southern BC, 20 km north of Princeton.

The property covers a porphyry copper ± gold deposit within the northwest-trending Triassic Nicola Group rocks Bearclaw has optioned the property to Weststar Resources Ltd, which is planning a drill program in September, based on recommendations by John Kerr.
