The Aplite property is located in north-central BC, 115 km north of Fort St. James. Access to the property is by helicopter from the Leo Creek logging road, a distance of about 8 km south of claims.

The property is situated 70 km southeast of the Lorraine porphyry copper-gold deposit being explored by Teck-Cominco, and 22 km west-northwest of the Chuchi Lake porphyry copper-gold deposit, previously explored by BP Minerals.
